Lisa Olivia Munn grew up in Oklahoma City. The mother of her child, Kimberly Schmid, lived in Vietnam, and is of Chinese heritage, while the father of her, Winston Barrett Munn, is from a family with strong roots within The American South. Olivia's parents divorced at the age of two. She was raised by her mother who was as a pilot in the United States Air Force, and her stepfather. She was raised primarily in Tokyo, Japan, even although the family moved a lot. The actress was a part of local theater productions throughout this time and became a fashion actress for Japanese industry. Olivia returned her home to Los Angeles after the family's returning to this part of the United States. She pursued the dream of becoming an actress. She began her acting career with a small role. Then, her career took off when she was cast in the role of Mily Acuna in Hawaii's lensed television show Beyond the Break (2006). In 2007, she played Rob Schneider's Receptionist. She hosts the popular podcasts "Formula D", "The Daily Nut" along with "The Daily Nut". She is a huge fan of surfing and has been practising since watching the tv show Beyond the Break (2006). She also has a black belt in taekwondo. At the age of two, her mother got married. She was married an US Air Force serviceman. Though the family had moved numerous times, the vast majority of her existence was in Tokyo Japan, the location that her stepfather was employed by the military. Attended her studies at University of Oklahoma, where she majored in journalism and minored in Japanese and drama arts.
